Terms of Use for Asset Assign
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Asset Assign software tool ("Tool" or "Service") operated by Let Nicole Help LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Asset Assign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License and Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Asset Assign solely for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute Asset Assign without our prior written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Asset Assign are the property of Let Nicole Help LLC. You agree not to copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the intellectual property of Asset Assign.
3. Beta Disclaimer
Asset Assign is currently in beta. By using this tool, you acknowledge that:
- The tool may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
- You are responsible for regularly backing up your data.
- You must validate and verify the accuracy of any data processed by the tool.
4. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use of Asset Assign.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Asset Assign is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of any output from the Tool.
- Maintaining proper backups of your business data.
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Asset Assign at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the tool, us, or third parties.
8. Billing, Trials, and Cancellation
Asset Assign offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial you have full access to the tool and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, access to your account pauses unless you add a payment method. Adding a payment method begins your subscription at the current annual rate. We will email you before your trial ends. If you signed up through a checkout that collected your payment details before your trial began, your card is on file and your subscription bills automatically when the trial period ends. We will email you before that charge is made, and you may cancel at any time beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain full access to Asset Assign through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period. If your trial ends without a payment method on file, your account data is retained for 30 days from the trial end date. During that time you can add a payment method and pick up where you left off. After that period, your account and its data may be archived or permanently deleted. Pricing is subject to change. If you subscribed at a promotional, beta or founding member rate, that rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current rate at the time of resubscription will apply.
9. Refund Policy
Because every Asset Assign subscription begins with a 14-day free trial before any charge is made, all sales are generally considered final. If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical issue prevented you from cancelling or managing your subscription, please contact us at support@assetassign.app within 30 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Asset Assign.
