Let clients check your letters before they message you
A link you share on your website, in your bio or in a DM. Clients type the phrase and their dates and see right away whether you have the letters.
The question every letter renter answers by hand, over and over: "Do you have HAPPY 40TH for the 12th?"
Now you can hand that question to a link. Go to Settings, Availability link, create a link, and share it wherever your clients already find you: a button on your website, your Instagram bio or pasted into a DM reply. A client opens it, types the phrase they want and their event dates, and sees a yes or no for every letter, in your branding, with a Get in touch button that brings them straight back to you.
A few things worth knowing:
- Visitors see yes or no per letter, and nothing else. Not how many you own, not your item list, not your style names.
- Nobody can book through it. The page only answers. You still control every reservation yourself, the way you do today.
- Each link answers for one style. If you rent 3ft wood and 4ft metal, make a link for each. Give it a label like "4ft metal letters" so the page can say what it checked.
- You are always in control. Switch a link off any time, or use Replace this link to retire a URL you no longer want out there. The old one stops answering immediately.
Your existing inventory and reservations are untouched. The link reads the same availability your own checker uses, so what a client sees is what you would see.
