How does the phrase checker work?

The phrase checker lets you type any phrase (like HAPPY BIRTHDAY or JANE & TIM 2026), pick a date and instantly see if every letter, number and symbol is available. It shows exactly how many of each character you need versus how many you have, and it works with styles (like LED or Wood) so you can check availability for a specific set.

How much does Asset Assign cost?

Asset Assign is $197 per year for one flat price. Everything is included: unlimited inventory, unlimited reservations, all features and all updates. There are no per-user fees and no hidden charges. New users get a 14-day free trial, and Founding Members can lock in a lower rate of $147 per year.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Asset Assign offers a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. After 14 days you are automatically billed for the annual subscription. You will receive several reminders before your card is charged.

Asset Assign includes a phrase availability checker with style support, reservation management, a calendar with status filters, bulk CSV inventory upload, inventory categories and styles, one-click copy of reservation details, mark-items-returned tracking, daily email notification options, Google Calendar sync, reports and an AI-powered help assistant named Amy.

How do I upload my inventory?

Asset Assign provides a CSV template you can download during setup. Fill in your item names, categories, quantities and styles, then upload the file to bulk-add your entire inventory at once. If you carry the same letter in different sizes, use styles to separate them (e.g. 3ft LED and 15in LED). Make sure to export your file as a CSV from your spreadsheet app before uploading. Amy can also help. Setup takes less than 30 minutes.

What are styles in Asset Assign?

Styles let you separate different versions of the same letter, number, or symbol. The most common use is tracking different sizes (like 3ft LED and 15in LED), but styles also work for finishes (Gold, Silver, Rose Gold) or any other variation. Each style is checked independently by the phrase checker, so your 3ft A and your 15in A are tracked and booked separately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of your current billing period.

Does Asset Assign sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. Asset Assign syncs from Google Calendar so you can easily create reservations from your calendar events.
